'Deliver.'

THESE politicians, prelates, journalists, commentators, academics, talk of 'delivering' things so often that I cannot help but think they would be better suited as postmen than in the positions of responsibility they hold. If the contents of their brains are equivalent to the contents of their vocabulary we have much to fear indeed.
